What server software
are you running?
We use RedHat 7.0 on our
linux servers and windows2000 on our Nt servers.
Can I access my
domain address with or without the "www"?
Yes, you will be able to
access the domain address with or without the "www" in front of the
domain name. Example: [http://www.your-name.com] or [http://your-name.com]
is acceptable, whichever you prefer.
How long does it take
before my domain name is active?
Once the InterNIC announces that your domain name has been registered
(or transferred, if applicable), it usually takes about 72-hours
before it is active. All Internet providers must update their records
(DNS tables) to reflect the new site's location.
When I order who
will the domain be registered to?
We always register domain names to the person listed on the order
form.
How long does a
domain name registration last for?
For a .com .net or .org it is for the period you choose 1-10 years.
